Dr. Puchalski
|

 Dr. Puchalski is the
founding physician and managing shareholder at South Carolina ENT,
Allergy, & Sleep Medicine. He underwent his training at the
University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and received his
medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis,
Missouri. He completed his
undergraduate education at Cornell University and Yale University.
Dr. Puchalski has special interest in obstructive sleep apnea
and rhinology. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck
Surgery, and the American Academy of
Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Puchalski has
completed a fellowship program sponsored by the American Academy of Otolaryngic
Allergy (AAOA) and passed his AAOA allergy certification exam in 2005.
He is Board Certified in both Otolaryngology and Sleep Medicine. |
