About Us
Founded in 2002 by Dr. Robert Puchalski, SCENT is the premier and largest ear, nose and throat practice in the Midlands and offers 9 convenient locations. Our board-certified physicians treat patients of all ages for a range of ENT conditions and have subspecialty training in pediatric ENT, sleep medicine, allergy, otology, facial trauma and head and neck surgery.

Our mission is to exceed the expectations of our patients while providing the most comprehensive care in ENT, allergy and sleep medicine.
Because we are an independently owned practice, we do not have the heavy administrative expenses that some other medical facilities have and our on-site diagnostic tests are significantly lower in cost than other healthcare providers.
We are committed to seeing new patients within one week and accept all major insurance plans.
In addition, we pride ourselves on providing personalized, timely patient care and customer service designed to provide our patients with maximum comfort, convenience and privacy.
