SCENT Is Excited to Serve Hartsville Again

We are excited to be back in Hartsville and to serve this community with thoughtful, patient-centered care. ENT and allergy symptoms can affect how people sleep, breathe, hear, speak, and feel day to day. Our goal is to listen closely, understand what is going on, and help each patient take the next right step. I personally look forward to connecting with and serving patients in Hartsville.

What Care is Available at the Hartsville Location?

The Hartsville office will offer appointment-based care across three main areas: ENT, allergy and facial plastics. Additionally, walk-in hours are available from 9am-3pm on Mondays.

ENT Care

ENT care focuses on conditions involving the ears, nose, sinuses, throat, voice, head and neck.

Patients may schedule an appointment for concerns such as:

  • Sinus pressure, congestion or recurring sinus infections
  • Ear pain, ear pressure or recurring ear infections
  • Hearing concerns
  • Dizziness or balance symptoms
  • Sore throat or tonsil concerns
  • Hoarseness or voice changes
  • Snoring or sleep-related breathing concerns
  • Pediatric ear, nose and throat concerns
  • Head and neck concerns that need specialist evaluation

Allergy Care

Allergy care can help patients who deal with symptoms that come back during certain seasons, around pets, around dust, or after exposure to other triggers.

Common allergy-related symptoms may include:

  • Sneezing
  • Runny nose
  • Nasal congestion
  • Itchy or watery eyes
  • Postnasal drip
  • Sinus pressure
  • Cough related to drainage
  • Allergy symptoms that do not improve with over-the-counter medicine

For some patients, allergy symptoms can overlap with sinus or breathing concerns. Having ENT and allergy care in the same setting can help patients get a more complete evaluation.

Facial Plastics

Dr. Adam Abram, who will be serving the Hartsville community, has experience in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery. Facial plastics care may involve concerns related to the nose, face, skin, facial injuries, reconstruction, or cosmetic and functional issues. Patients interested in these services should schedule a consultation to discuss their goals, symptoms, or concerns with Dr. Abram.
