The Audio Tech was great, and so was the staff. They were all very friendly. Dr. Vidrine was very friendly as well, thorough, and explained everything so I understood exactly what to expect and what was going on. He asked if I had any questions, and he listened to my concerns. I am looking forward to my next visit in 6 weeks.

I love the staff. They were so pleasant and just simply nice friendly people. Dr. Vidrine is the same way. He makes you feel so at ease. He is very gentle when he has to go and use the tube on you. He lets you know thru his concern for you and your health that you can trust him. I wouldn’t trade him for any other Doctor.

On my visit the check in was easy and quick. The receptionist is always very nice and friendly. Dr Vidrine is always very friendly and helpful. I’ve been going there for several years and everyone is very friendly.

The greeting gal is always nice, and the phone staff got me in on a little problem with my ear quickly. I got in quickly with Dr.Vidrine, and he was very kind, and got the problem resolved quickly. We went here for my son's issues with his tonsils and adenoids. He was getting strep consistently and snored like a grown man and difficulty breathing at night as well. I have been a patient for close to 15 yrs. I was constantly dealing with bronchitis, sinus infections etc. and felt pretty crummy. With my shots and meds I am on I feel like a normal person. Dr Vidrine stops and listens. Remembers things and always asks about your interests and family. You are never just a number/patient. The whole office staff are great. I have been a patient of Dr. Vidrine for several years. He is a good doctor, my mom recommended I see him as he was her doctor first. I will forever be grateful for his knowledge as a physician because he discovered that my Mama had an aneurism and quickly referred her to a neurologist. We have had only great experiences with SCENT! Both Dr. Vidrine and Mrs. Templeton are fantastic! Dr. Vidrine preformed my tonsillectomy, as an adult, which was rough, but he was very gentle and kind. We Love Jennifer Templeton! Truly the first Medical Professional my 7 year old daughter warmed up to. She is wonderful with children, and she has helped my daughter’s immunotherapy treatments and appointments go smoothly. Always a good experience with Dr Vidrine and his PA. They see both of our littles (2 & 3) at the same time and always make them feel as comfortable as possible. The audiologist blows bubbles or distracts them with toys to tinker with during the hearing tests. All nurses, PAs, and Dr Vidrine explain procedures in terms that are easy to understand and make sure we are comfortable with the treatment plans. Dr. Vidrine was always attentive and professional while also showing interest in patient other than “why are you here?”. I always felt my concerns were heard through and then he would explain if we should take any course of action, why or why not, and what his short & long term plan was.
