My first visit left me very impressed. Dr. Valerie Fritsch was very compassionate to my needs. She did testing surrounding my symptoms. Although the tests came up mostly negative there was a spot in the back of my throat that will be revisted in a month to see if a biopsy is warranted. She is very thorough in her examination. The medical tech and all staff are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this practice. I visited the practice on Park Central Drive. My Follow-up visit turned our great. My spot she was concerned about was gone. No further visits are required; only as needed. Great physician.

Dr Fritch provided a thorough exam and spent a good amount of time discussing medical matters with me. She thoughtfully listened and investigated appropriately. I’d recommend her over the other ENTs I’ve visited during my lifetime!

My baby was born with a tight tongue tie so she couldn’t stick her tongue out past her gums and that was making latching and feeding a very painful and difficult process. Just a few days after birth they got me an appointment here and clipped it and told me how to take care of her and immediately it was a night and day difference in feeding her before I even left the office!!! I am very grateful!!!

Dr. Fritsch is amazing. She is compassionate and takes time with patients. She saw me for a head trauma wound that could have been a terrible scar. She took the time to stitch it so well it's barely noticeable and advised me on best ways to prevent scarring. She handled my wound like a plastic surgeon.

From the first moment you walk in, you are greeted with kindness by the people in the front. Then, it continues in the back, because the nurse, was just absolutely AWESOME!! It makes complete sense that Dr. Fritsch, would have such amazing staff representing her, because she is one of those "Unicorn DR'S." you hear people talk about, but are not sure they actually exsist! Meaning, she is a Dr. that is KIND, THROUGH, PATIENT, and here's where the "Unicorn" comes in.... She makes you feel like she actually CARES about HELPING YOU as the patient to feel better!!! I know that is what Dr. are " SUPPOSED" to do, but sadly, most DR'S. these days, seem they just want to get you in and out and seem to do as little as they can get away with, they don't seem to listen to what YOU are saying about what's going on in YOUR body. They seem to act like they know more than you do about yourself because, they are Doctors. Rather than realizing that just like Doctors, even in the same field, are different, have different techniques, experiences etc. Yet, so many fail to realize and or care, that No Two patients are the same, have the exact same needs, issues, feeling etc. They can can have similar illnesses, but still DESERVE "individualized care!" I feel that is exactly what makes Dr. VALERIE FRITSCH, and her entire team such "UNICORNS" they make you feel the way we as humans, and the patients deserve to be treated and feel about the level of care we are receiving!! As such, I am happy to HIGHLY recommend her and her team, for anyone who is in need of compassionate, caring, professionals, who are also extremely knowledgeable in the ENT field, and truly make yiu feel you are getting the care, concern and considerations by the best ENT care team, in all of SC!! I will say this... You know you had a great experience with your medical care team, when you are NOT dreading, and or already trying to figure out a good excuse to NOT have to go to your upcoming 2 week follow up!! 😉 Thank you Dr. FRITSCH, and your entire awesome team, for making an unpleasant medical issue, as pleasant of an experience as it could possibly be!! Sincerely Greatful patient! Rox F.

We met Dr Fritsch during a emergency for our son who broke his jaw in two places, who is a student at South Carolina. Being a plane ride away we spoke to her by phone and she immediately made us feel secure in her knowledge and abilities. She connected with my son with the time she spent with him explaining in detail what she needed to do and made him feel safe until we arrived. We had 24 hour access to her for any questions while healing, which helped with all the frustration and exhaustion in any situation. It is very obvious once you meet her that this was her calling, and it shows in everything she says and does. Dr. Fritsch is a phenomenal doctor! You don't find people like her that often.

Valarie is a great doctor. She has a great bedside manner. She really cares about her patients. She has a wonderful personality'. Having had her and experiencing MUSC and her Mentor Dr Lentsch I can see where she gets her expertise. I would not want another doctor for my ENT needs. I also plan too get a sleep study done by her. She is truly amazing. She deserves way more then 5stars.

I met Dr Fritsch when accompanying my roommate to her appointments. She took all the time you needed to give her info on my symptoms and concerns. She never seemed rushed to get to her next patient. Her bedside manner is excellent...caring, compassionate, concerned. At my first appointment she even asked if I wanted to watch the endoscopy on the video equipment and took the time to Identify the anatomical structures she was seeing and her observations. She continued to give encouragement as the procedure became slightly uncomfortable ("you're doing great"). She explained her reasons for an additional test (CT Scan). I would give her a rating of 10 stars out of 10 if the scale went that high. I would have no hesitation in referring others to see her. I categorically not see another ENT unless she thought it necessary.

I met Dr Fritsch while accompanying my roommate to her appointments. I was impressed enough to change my current ENT to make an appointment with Dr Fritsch. On my visit, I experienced a fantastic caring, concerned and compassionate physician. She took all the time I needed and was not rushing to get to her next patient. She even offered to allow me to watch my endoscopy procedure on the video equipment. Then she explained to me what anatomical structures and her observations of their status. She gave encouragement (you're doing great) when the procedure got slightly uncomfortable. She explained her reasons for wanting an additional test (CT Scan). I would not hesitate to refer others to seek her as their ENT physician. I will not see another ENT unless she requests a consultation. I trust her implicitly with my health care.
