About Dr. D. Macy Vidrine, MD, FAAOA

Dr. Vidrine treats a range of complex pediatric conditions such as hearing loss, head and neck masses, pediatric sinus disease, foreign bodies, and chronic ear disease. In addition to treating pediatric ENT conditions, he also treats adult ear, nose & throat concerns. Dr. Vidrine completed medical school at Louisiana State University, followed by residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospitals, and a fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital through Harvard Medical School.

He has been serving Columbia, SC and surrounding communities for over 18 years and serves as an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of South Caroline School of Medicine.

Known for his dedication to patient care and expertise in his field, Dr. Vidrine has been a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2015. He sees pediatric and adult patients at our Columbia – Downtown, Columbia – Northeast, and Lugoff locations.
